In order to scale their operations, Teuk Saat 1001 needed a training tool that advisors can bring on the field to interact directly with the entrepreneurs of the program. They came to us with a brief for a 20 min video.
We soon realized that we could propose a much more engaging and interactive tool, and decided together to create a serious game instead.
Based on the content of the training video, we created around 50 questions designed with simple interactions: drag and drop, select the correct answer, etc. We also designed educative videos that provide further information on each topic, to make sure the entrepreneurs fully understands each concept.
At the end of the game, the entrepreneurs has valuable feedback on his skills and the NGO can identify the topics that need more focus during initial training sessions.
The application will provide unique insights to the NGO on the effectiveness of its current training, and help Teuk Saat 1001 improve its process and impact in rural areas in Cambodia.
The app is developed for Android only, using Ionic framework.
