We are looking for a Digital Director to join the Digital Innovation team.
Responsibilities:
Design and implement company digital strategies within budget requirements and as per overall brand strategy
Oversee all digital projects (Social Media / UX…)
Leading and managing digital marketing team
Working with senior management in developing the overall business plan
Prepare and manage digital marketing budgets
Deliver the projects within scope of work, agreed budget and timeline
Monitor, track and report on each project progress, highlight deviance and suggest/take necessary corrective actions
Train internal team to use digital technologies and follow internal process
Collaborate with related stakeholders to ensure brand consistency
Collaborate with Management to ensure efficient team planning and suggest process improvements
Research competition, investigate, benchmarks and provide suggestions for improvement
Requirements:
High proficiency level in English
Experience leading a team
Previous experience in digital communication is expected (5+ years)
Passionate about digital communications, curious and open-minded
Strong communication and management skills
Good negotiation and problem solving skills, client satisfaction focused
Ability to listen, understand, analyze and explain client’s needs
Positive attitude, friendly, team player
Experience managing a budget

Working Schedule: Monday–Friday – 8:30am-12:30pm / 2pm-6pm
